All electrical items that are warranted are tested by a qualified electrician & a
certification stamp placed on the plug prior to sale. Plugs are removed from
any items that are not warranted.
If you are a purchaser of an electrical item which does not meet these criteria
then do not use the item & please inform the Auctioneers where this problem
will be rectified.
Loading
Assistance loading will be available & unloading on the day of sale. No
responsibility will be accepted by the auctioneers for any damages sustained to
any lots. A loading ramp is available for use by vendors & purchasers. No
liability can be accepted by the Auctioneers for any damages sustained to any
Lots whilst in use.
Transport
The auctioneers will be pleased to assist in organising transport. Local
contractors will be in attendance on the day of the sale.

Vendors: all PTO drive shafts must be securely attached to the
respective implement or correctly labelled with the Lot number and place in
the Auctioneers’ Office. It will be presumed that all PTO drive shafts are not

of the sale.

Purchasers and vendors are reminded that a maximum time of 7 days is
allowed for the removal of all items entered and purchased in this sale.

3 No person shall retract a bid without permission of the Auctioneer, who reserves the right to himself refuse a bid, and also the right of withdrawing any lot or lots from the sale.
4 The bidder may advance less at a bid than the sum named from time to time by the Auctioneers.
5 The purchaser must declare their name and address and if required to, pay the Auctioneer or his clerk the amount of purchase money immediately on the fall of the hammer. In default of which the lot or lots shall be offered again and resold, and under no circumstances must any lot be removed without first obtaining a pass from the clerk.
6 The Auctioneers reserve the right to charge Interest and Compensation on overdue accounts as allowed in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
7 Title to each asset sold will only pass on payment in full by the purchaser.
